Lashes Unlimited, an emerging business based in Alberta, sought to establish its brand presence and clientele when our collaboration began. Facing the challenge of a limited budget and no desire for a website, we identified social media as the most cost-effective and impactful avenue. Our strategy centered around the creation and promotion of tailored social media posts, predominantly through Facebook’s boosting feature, to maximize exposure and client engagement.
Social Media Engagement Strategy
The social media posts designed for Lashes Unlimited were strategically launched on Facebook and LinkedIn. These posts were crafted to showcase the brand’s unique offerings and appeal to potential clients. In addition to our digital platform efforts, the company’s owner leveraged her personal networks. She disseminated the content and descriptions of our social posts through her email list, extending our reach. This hybrid approach of online presence and personal network utilization was key to our strategy.
Upon publishing these posts on social media, we selectively boosted certain posts. This boosting was not random; it was a targeted approach focused on specific regions within Alberta, identified through market analysis as having high potential for client conversion. This targeted boosting was aimed at increasing visibility and, importantly, driving appointments and engagement with the brand. Through this tailored approach, Lashes Unlimited was able to effectively penetrate the market, build brand recognition, and begin attracting a growing client base, all within the constraints of their limited initial budget.
